The Barony of Delftwood invites all to celebrate Yule on Saturday December 3, 2011 at St Peter & Paul Orthodox Church Rec Hall, 402 Hamilton St., Syracuse, NY 13204. It will be a day to visit with friends as the Holiday season draws near. There will be caroling, dancing and a Commedia performance. There will be the Baronial Bardic Championship and A&S Baronial championship.

The site will be open from 10 am to 7 pm. There will be no feast, but an all day side board will be provided. The site is dry. Fees for the event are $12 per adult, $5 per child under 14 and free for those under 5. $5.00 NMS applies.

The schedule of the day's activies is as follows:

• 10 am - Doors open
• 11 am - Brunch
• Noon - Bardic Competition
• 1 pm - Lunch
• 2 pm - Continuation of bardic competition if needed
• 3 pm - Dinner
• 4 pm - Court
• 5 pm - Dessert
• 7 pm - Doors close

Day board will be provide by Meisterin Felicitas Flußmüllnerin and Lord Fridrich Flußmüllner. It will be a day of comfort foods that everyone will find to their liking and no one will go hungry. Check with them for dietary concerns.

Bread, Butter, Apple Butter, Coffee, Tea, and Water will be available throughout the day. The sideboard menu is as follows:
